• Seasonal U-Pick citrus

Specific event agreements, group contracts, ticketing-platform terms, or written policies may control if they differ from these Terms.

6. Working Ranch Conditions and Assumption of Risk

Twin Creeks Adventure Ranch is a real working ranch with natural terrain, animals, vehicles, farm operations, agricultural areas, water features, equipment, insects, weather conditions, and other outdoor hazards.

By visiting the property or participating in activities, you understand and acknowledge that outdoor ranch activities may involve inherent risks, including:

• Uneven terrain, mud, holes, roots, rocks, and natural obstacles
• Slips, trips, falls, and minor injuries
• Heat, rain, lightning, wind, sun exposure, insects, wildlife, and changing weather
• Contact with animals, plants, equipment, vehicles, and ranch operations
• Risks associated with monster truck rides, animal encounters, gem mining, fossil hunts, walking areas, and other attractions

You voluntarily assume the ordinary and inherent risks associated with visiting and participating in ranch activities to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This general Terms section does not replace any activity-specific waiver, release, safety acknowledgment, ticketing agreement, or participation requirement that may be required for certain attractions.

7. Guest Responsibilities and Ranch Rules

All guests must:

• Follow posted signs, safety rules, and staff instructions
• Stay within authorized guest areas
• Supervise children and minors at all times
• Treat staff, guests, animals, equipment, crops, and property with respect
• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for outdoor ranch conditions
• Avoid entering restricted, staff-only, animal-care, farm-operation, or equipment areas
• Avoid unsafe conduct, horseplay, intoxication, harassment, or disruptive behavior
• Follow all instructions related to rides, animals, activities, and emergency situations

We may remove or refuse entry to any guest whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, illegal, or inconsistent with ranch rules.

Outside alcohol is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Twin Creeks Adventure Ranch. Alcohol, if offered on-site, must be purchased, possessed, and consumed in accordance with applicable law and ranch policy.

8. Minors and Family Visits

Twin Creeks Adventure Ranch is designed for families, but parents and guardians are fully responsible for the supervision, safety, conduct, and participation of minors in their care.

Any ticket purchase, reservation, waiver, legal agreement, or other binding transaction must be made by an adult age 18 or older, or by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a minor.

9. Photography, Video, and Media

Personal photography and video for non-commercial use are generally permitted when done safely and respectfully.

Professional photography, staged photography, commercial video production, drones, media shoots, influencer campaigns, or other commercial use of the property require prior written approval from Twin Creeks Adventure Ranch.

We may photograph or record guests on the property for promotional, marketing, social-media, documentary, security, or operational purposes. By entering the property, you may appear incidentally in photographs or recordings where permitted by law.

If you tag Twin Creeks Adventure Ranch, submit photos, send us videos, post reviews, or share content directly with us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to repost, display, reproduce, and share that content for ranch marketing, promotion, and website purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, text, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, branding, icons, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Twin Creeks Adventure Ranch, The Showcase of Citrus, LLC, or their respective rights holders.
